That definitely seems a bit high for no SVT manifolds or TB but it's not crazy high on a custom tune using high octane. Provided of course he has intake & exhaust mods done already. 2000 SVT #674 13.47 @ 102 - All Motor! It was not broke; Yet I fixed it anyway.
