After all that folks still missed the whole point that the 3L TB is not a "Bolt-on" replacement just because the SVT TB has 3L stamped in the casing.
The SVT TB shares the same basic casting as the
OLD 3L TB. (The new style 3L TB is a different casting!)
However beyond that nothing is the same. Different machining, different linkage, reverse operation, et cetera.
