The Church makes it sacred and evil because the Bible says it is only to be between and man and woman who are married to each other. Case closed. Thats what the Bible says and that is what most churches go by. It specifically says multiple times in the Bible that sex is not to be done before marriage or outside of marriage. It is called fornication.

By the way, the word "Fornication" was created around the 14th century AD. I wonder what word they used centuries ago in the original texts? Go check out the origin of the word. Some biblical scholors believe the original word in The Texts are equivalent to "whoremongering" (Go check out the Original KJV with all the Ye's, Thou's, and Thee's, you can shake a stick at.)
