30mm which is about 1/2" off for our cars and YES this makes a BIG difference especially to the bearing. Plus I've seen 4-lug Cobra wheels from a 93 on an SVT and it looked ridculous - like those mexican-style low-riders with the wheels stick out of the fenders.

Agreed. I have a Mustang ( 91 ) and when it came time to put my summer tires on the 'stique, I took one off the Mustang and put her on. Bolted on just fine, but stuck waaaaaay out. Looked like crap. Too bad too. Nice 16" rims for the 'stique and a good excuse to get 17's for the 'stang ... oh well.
