Step A4 states that if the pressure is higher than 50PSI on the high side (after A1 A2 and A3 are verified to be in working order) then replace the A/C Cycling switch, as seen below:

Connect gauge set to port. High side reading must be above 169 kPa (50 psi).

l Is the high side pressure above 169 kPa (50 psi)?

INSTALL a new A/C cycling switch. TEST the system for normal operation.

�¨ No

CHECK and REPAIR the refrigerant system for leaks or low charge or incorrect A/C compressor clutch air gap. TEST the system for normal operation.

I know there are a ton of tests on that list, but I will be ready to elaborate more on any tests you come to, if need be.
