There is 4 o2 sensors. One before and after eaxh catalyst.
Bank 2 means cylinder 4-5-6 side of engine(which is locate on the radiator side). You have to check which of the o2 sensors are bad. It can be the upstream or the downstream.
In both cases, it's really a good idea to intall a mil eliminator. For sure you won't see anymore mil for that problem.
But a bad o2 sensor can result in bad (slightly) performance. The PCM check the readings of the o2 sensors to adjust what is call the short fuel trim and long fuel trim, so to adjust the air/fuel ratio. Which can result in poor performance.
