I called BAT today, nevermind on their Mondeo front end. They're not going to bother because it would require MAJOR work so it would fit.

either way on the design I suggested...it should be the same price(around) right Bret? I think our headlights would look great with it! However...I don't have a clue what the back end of this car looks like!...doesn't matter anyway...I like the SVT back and if I bought something it would be the modified front bumper off this with the 4 foglights! I suppose that would cost extra to get the foglights...but what are we talking...maybe $500-$600 tops and then paint...a lot of money, but you know...it would make the contour stick out sooooo much more! Plus I can't get over the fact of having 2 more foglights! YIPEEE! What do ya all think eh? Will anything happen with this or what...? Anyone...Please hehe

well...how do I say this...you can't ...they don't make them for our cars...and no the ones off that mondeo don't work on US Contours oh well...just add it to the list...

On 1 May I'll be back in the UK. I have a number and address of a company that is looking into manufacturing a body kit, perhaps several, for the US/CDN Contour. If you want to submit pictures for them to see, leave them in a SINGLE post in the pics/videos forum and I'll print them to show them.

If they do decide to make the kits, then I'll probably have to get a complete front and rear bumper & cover assembly shipped over to them. I can help with shipping and customs clearance of the parts. However, if (and this is a big IF), if these kits are made I will need someone to help with US DOT (provided their approval is necessary) inspections for safety standards. I can work with Ontario's MTO myself.

Keep in mind, there are no promises on my own or the company's behalf that any kits will be made. At this point it's a business meeting to discuss options and viability. If everything works out, we can move into details later.

Please don't post the same kit more than once in the pics/videos forum and brighter colors are better (not black) for detail. From there, we will have to wait.

On another note, I have been in contact (indirectly) with Morette of France. They are NOT interested in making twin headlamp kits for our cars, yet. I'll see what can be done.

Please don't ask me to rush this as I live in the UK on business. I have to take time off work to go see these people, and my company has been lenient so far in allowing me to do so.

I can be contacted through email, although I cannot promise quick replies. I have a ton of email to sift through, and an international airline outstation to set up in the next four days.

Even though I probably wouldnt be able to afford this, I just wanted to say thanks for all your hard work on this project. I am sure everyone who is interested in it appreciates it.

IS THERE A TIME FRAME OR DEALINE BY CHANCE? If not i may just grab an svt bumper and go it alone. Card needs painted, damn ford!

I am sorry guys but this seems like it is going no where quick. Looks like Bret bite off a little more then he can chew. i have done this be for but at least i said i was in over my head. well just my 2 cents. wish some one could jump on this.
