There is a pretty good product on the market. A/C Stop leak.. works in most cases depending on how bad the leak is on your system. The Garage would like to have you replace the part rahter then use A/C Stop leak because it means they will make more money off the part and for labor. We use the stop leak in our Dealership and find 9 out of 10 times it will seal the system. It will cost about $20 and you will have to recharge your A/C The Price of Refrigerant Has shot up in price because of a shortage.. so that could be expensive.
