My tubular TCA's are for the rr of the car, not the front. As far as I know there are no tubular front control arms although someone "said" they would make them. This seems to be the norm here as talk's cheap. I have looked in to fabricating them from scratch but it is very difficult and the market is somewhat limited. I do have plan B though...
This would entail rebuilding the stock assemblies with polyurethane bushings which can be replaced when necessary. Now I do have to figure out how to fabricate the mounting pins and some kind of "thrust washer/bearing" set up to keep the arms from moving fore/aft when they're loaded.
Options w/b boxing, additional camber, etc. However, I can state that they will cost more than new Ford ones and I will only make them in the 4 bolt mount design.
Any interest?
