No offense, but I've never been a fan of the saleen fish gill look. I think I would rather walk down the street with my johnson hanging out than to drive that car JMHO.....but if an original CEG kit comes together I may be interested.

this kit is not for everyone... that is obvious... but it looks like it got 5 to 8 people already... keep em coming... i will release more specs as i get them... i have a third bidder in mind... going to talk to him sometime this weekend... hopefully they have time to squeeze us in... the 3rd company is really who i want to go with because they will do the best job out of anyone (not that the other 2 would do a poor job, just i know this company would really shine in something like this)

also rara, are you sure they had to modify the car because of the body kit and not because of other things? i don't really see why it would not fit, and neither of the first 2 companies said anything about having to modify the car to get these kits to fit... and both are firmilar with the contour... this 3rd company will let me know straight up what the deal is, so i am counting on them... they should be in the same price range as the other 2 as well... we can talk more at kzoo... but i am not realeaing any company names just yet... once i have signed contracts and stuff then i will disclose more about the company...

I don't know if anybody mentioned this or not, but the exhaust comes out of the center of the rear bumper, not a problem to modify if you are doing the design yourselves but I just thought I'd point it out---but you probably already saw it

Personally I am not that interested in the Saleen kit, but I would be interested in a CEG design kit(if it looked good).

I dunno....it is somewhat odd. It looks aggressive, but I say keep it on a show car for now. Maybe something more subtle or toned down.

I will buy. Can i pay a little more to get a diffrent front end so it will fit my pre98? If not i will still buy it just means i will have to make it fit like what beony did. Well i don't know when i can have all the money but if yopu give me like a few weeks i can have the 400. I am just a kid with a crap job.

I have to many things i want to have done. But so far i have head light covers, 5 inside neons, weathervents, removed door dings and contour bages.
want to get a air ride, tint, and a T3 or T1 spoiler from jps.

ok here is the deal.

fender flares are out... they require extensive body work to be done if you want to use wider wheels. if someone can get me the max amount of verticl movement the springs do, i might be able to work something out. but as of now the kit will be the front, rear bumper covers and sideskirts... haven't decided how i will handle the extra width going around the wheels, maybe have some parts that attach to the wheel wells/fenders that get more narrow as they go up and then get wider as they go down, not sure how that will look, i will have to have some sketchs made. also there is another route we can go... use the svt side skirts (because they already have the jack point slots cut into them) or we can have the jack point slots cut into the saleen ones. also i can have the kit "shrunk" so that it is the same width as the svt kit.

these are all things i am going to work on over the next week...

chris - thanks, just downloaded those pics... actually i have seen those ones before but couldn't find them... i got them saved now... just counted i have 12 pics altogether now, maybe a few more if anyone has them. the more the better...

for those of you interested in something neat/similar but less bold, im workin on some drawings hopefully they'll be fired up tomorrow...
