i know... i wasn't being serious about the responses... this probably wont be even ready to go for atleast another week...

bret, are you even familiar w/ the body on the saleen contour? more then just seeing some pictures?

do i really need to be? i am not the one doing the work...

No Thanks. My car is a daily drive, and unless it is all urethane, I think I'll pass. Don't want to crunch fiberglass, that for sure.

if we want urethane i am almost positive i can get that for the same price... but they are all gonna have to be that. It really doesn't matter to me, personally i don't like fiberglass.

i thought about it the whole way home... i am going to 86 the foglight holes and have it be a complete copy... only thing is, are there legal issues involved when you do something like that, make an exact dupe of the original? is that kit copy righted?

also, if you want the air damns/vents to be functional i can work on that for those that do and see what the cost would be for those who want them to use them to cool the brakes...

the Saleen body kit, maybe in fiberglass, or
urethane, not sure"?

My $0.02 -- it'd be cooler to have a few nice
sketches of totally original bodykits. Unless
you actually have specs from the Saleen kit,
you'd be no further behind to start from some
drawings of an original design.

Hell, it could be *the* CEG kit... :>

I *like* the Saleen kit but I do not think it
is special enough that someone here could not
come up with an original that's better.

was just looking i guess the hood is different... but i don't think i am going to tackle that one this time around... maybe if those goes well we can do another round for the hood. i didn't see those air dams...

if anyone has any more pictures of the car that would help me out... i think i have enough of them but the more the better...

judge: i now see what you meant by bulge... yes the fenders / wheel well will have that extension on it...
