The sad part of it is, he does not NEED to prove it. He will have his little notebook there and he will just read from the notes and the judge will buy what he says. The system is DEFINATLY stacked against the little guy...

Actually - I picked one up on teh 401 a couple of months ago - if he gave you a ticket for 80 in a 70 zone, you're laughing b/c there are no demerit points attached to it. Regardless of if he gave you a break or not - if you goto court they will use the speed on the ticket, they cannot charge you with a higher offence once you get there.
