I'll be brief...

Since all three codes are for Bank 1, isn't the problem most likely the O2 sensor (or sensor wiring)?

I had p1131 code on my 98 2.0L. engine. I changed the up stream oxygen sensor then the problem solved. But p0133& p0171 ???? I do not know.

Yeah, I had those three codes running concurrently, and a new O2 sensor solved the problem(s).

Autozone or Murrays will allow you to use a scan tool at no charge. That will tell you what it is for sure. Then cross-reference it to a Chilton manual. cool.....
