In a way I completely agree with ODC....you aren't required to sit down and fill out the paperwork, take the keys and go home. That is your fault for not standing up and walking out of there....or for actually going inside to begin with. BUT what they did in terms of tampering with your application is wrong and should be dealt with.
If nothing else...lesson learned, huh? Never go alone so you will have someone to drag you out of there.
