Oh a concern I did have was about "Binding Commercial Arbitration Agreement." I don't really know what it is but I heard something on the news when they had a similar story that if you signed one of these you can't sue if the deal doesn't go through. But if I did sue it was because the deal go through...fraudualantly, so I'm not sure given the specific details of everything I have a loop-hole for pursuing them civilly
