OP chrisd Junior Member C Joined: Mar 2001 Posts: 28 Phoenix, AZ, USA	Hey, I was wondering if anyone has removed the plastic trim from the doors of a 95 Contour or simlar model. I started to remove mine but wasn't sure what kind of adhesive remover to use. I used both goof off and bug-be-gone, but it seemed to dull the paint. It just takes some elbow grease....As for a remover...Only use 3M General Purpose Adhesive Romover....I don't know the part number but that stuff rocks...I have used it for years with no paint problems. If you're in a pinch you can try some WD-40 to remove stuff like that too . 98MystLS_MAN Junior Member 9 Joined: Feb 2001 Posts: 23 London, Ontario, Canada	I peeled everything off a truck i used to own and it was taking for ever and many trips to the suto shop for decal removers of all types. In then after all that expense and work i used a pint of unleaded fuel and it came off easily in gobs. Remeber to wash it off right after and for god sakes don't smoke.
