this was a good thread with many good points by caltour, pdx, and a few others on how the bush admin juiced up or ââ?¬Ë?fixedââ?¬â?¢ intelligence information to overstate the immediacy and urgency with which we needed to liberate iraq from saddam, crush the development/threat of nuclear weapons/wmds, and destroy ties to al qaeda. i guess 1 out of 3 isnââ?¬â?¢t that bad considering the other two were never there to begin with.

it was funny to see jatos mindless groupies soak up his responses as if it were scripture. lol @ you all. he made some good points as there was some legitimacy to the threat by saddam (which was mostly tough talk and posturing), but this was definitely a show of force more than it was a genuine effort to eradicate wmds and ties to terrorism. to jatos harem: you fond ladies better hope he keeps his sanity cause if dude says the world is coming to an end and everyone should jump off a cliff to transcend to the heavens, then 70% of you will probably be in a messy pile at the bottom of some mountain. lol.

at some point in our life time there will be (more) evidence to shed light on the war in iraq for what it was. a complete sham, vendetta, and political bullying by the bush admin. all im hoping for at this point is that we dont suffer the failures of regime change in iraq down the road. i think the iraq situation can be overcome, but it is a very deep sh!thole to crawl out of.
