Speaking of elections, it's amazing how one's attitude changes when the outcome is different.

Recap: The 2004 Washington governor's race was very close, and the Democrats insisted on recounts until their candidate won. They have found almost 1000 questional votes in (surprise!) a Democratic stronghold county. The Republicans have sued for either their candidate to be declared winner or for a new election.
