Hey hector, here is an idea, get a vent for your hood, It might make the car run a little cooler, and you might be able to get the 9psi. Who knows, just an idea.
Or get one of those little battery powered fans (the ones where the blades fold in) and put it by your CAI j/k.

Should have bought it is an MTX to begin with.

My car is a daily driver. It gets ~22mpg in city driving and ~28mpg on the highway. That's with my lead foot and living at the redline. I'm sure I could raise those numbers several points if I drove "nicely".

Dom, have you changed the plug wires? That is usually the biggest cause of that kind of bucking. You can change the plugs which will alter the way it bucks, maybe even get rid of it temporarily but it will always come back as the plugs properties change with age and the wires decay more.

Yeah i changed both my Plugs & wires(motorcrafts), I also replaced my coil pack as well thinking that may be it.

We were thinking it may be my plugs because ive been running real rich and that their foled out.

If it was my 02 wouldnt i be throwing a code

probably would throw a code if it is running rich and fouling plugs. In my experience running rich won't cause bucking on these cars. It can be misfiring due to fouling but that is usually a less severe misfire.

If you have changed plugs and wires and it's still doing it... only things I could think of is checking the ground that connects to the bottom of the coil pack and make sure it is properly grounded. Other than that, the only of the thing I can think of is a failing injector.

I know I wasn't part of this conversation, just thinking out loud.
