Here is a suggestion for a cool older bike for you to look for . It's not my first bike , but will be a cool bike for me to ride while I'm in "bike limbo" .
BTW - I started out on a '80 Kawasaki LTD440 . Easy to ride , light & very forgiving . Plus , cheap as heck !
