If you are just looking for a cheap way to commute around campus, and if you're a small dude, you definitely don't need a Harley. Get something small, preferably by Honda, something like 175cc should do ya fine. If you aren't going to go out cruising on the highways, a small bike will do OK for you. I grew up on a Honda SL-175, and commuted to work for three years on it, and went on a couple of highway trips with it too.
