The relay checks out fine.
I do have the AllData subscription and the Ford CD. I've been consulting each most of the afternoon and it looks like my problem is the PCM not recognizing the PATS key (this is the symptom of my LED flashing a 1-6 code). Since I haven't changed either the PCM or the key I'm starting to fear that it doesn't recognize the key becuase it's toast (maybe explaining why I found the #9 fuse blown the other day?). But, according to my resources, I can't properly evaluate the PCM without a breakout box or scan tool. If anyone knows otherwise, I'm all ears.
