Two things that I noticed:
1) one of the plastic female connection parts was cracked when I got the motor from you. Did you notice? I am hoping. It looked like it cracked when you were disconnecting one of the two connectors.
2) Make sure you reassemble the gear and the microswitch back in the correct position. My machinist and I took it a part several times and I really couldn't tell you if it's correct or not.
The next update, I will post on here again. I will make an initial run of 500 parts. It's not worth turning on for less.
