On the March 01, 2005 I ordered a few thinks from KnuKonceptz.com, I ordered two battery terminals. When I got everything I noticed that one of my battery terminals was missing a screw. I e-mailed them and asked if they could send one out, that was the 10th of March. I have e-mailed them a few times to see where my screw was and I have got nothing from them. Has anyone had this kind of problem with them? What should I do?

perhaps you should call them???  he probably didn't get the email.  i know that if i didn't get a response in a week or so, i'd just pick up the phone.  fwiw, when i ordered stuff from them, we had a mis-communication about the ANL fuse size that i ordered. They sent a new one out, free of charge, within a couple days.

We had been out of stock on terminals for some of that time, hence no parts. I do apologize for the overly long delay, they have been mailed (a whole set of screws actually)

Yeah, but KnuKoncepts is a legit company that has always done good for me. Helped me out greatly when I neede battery relocation stuff.
