It's not going anywhere. Struts holds it in. Up to you. HAve 107k SVT springs if you want those also. Cheap fix if you're not upgrading.

We'll I'm thinking about to upgrade, to the BAT kit, if you can think of better kits let me know, and I kinda want to keep it a little cheap too, and not too low either I'll lower but 3 inches is as far as I'll go.
And also my parents have to accept for me to go (yeah I'm 20 and they don't let me do much stuff they don't really trust me to well  ) G.R. is about 5 hours away, too. If they'd agree about me going there I'd do it.

About the SVT exhaust I can still put it on the Zetec right? And would I need anything special for it to fit?

It won't bolt directly up to a Zetec.
