I didn't see you complaining when the Taliban destroyed holy Buddhist shrines, or an 'artist' painted feces over an image of Mary, or an 'artist' placing a cross in a jar of their own urine (with public funds, I might add). That's just a couple examples of the desecration of religious images that have occurred that the left has passed on as art.
That gives me an idea, if it is true that someone flushed pages of the Quran down the toilet, he/she who did it should claim it was artistic expression. That should give them a free pass at least among the American left.
