a $7k trans am wont do the job?? in fact, i am willing to bet that there are far more people killed annually by the small block 350 (ie camaro/firebird etc) and mustangs than by all "sports cars" put together.
i agree that it should be considered that maybe a special license should be required for the operation of large/full size vehicles. heck, we require people to have a special license to pilot a motorcycle. regardless, as gas prices keep rising, and we know they will, the popularity of suvs will phase out and most people (ie the sheep) will be looking back to econo cars again.

i would have to disagree. while some attorneys do actually commit this kind of dis-barring behavior, i doubt anyone would have been dumb enough to do it for a "loser" case like this. its possible, but i doubt it. perhaps this attorney is a dumbass and thinks he may get something out of this but i dont think that is what these poor parents were out for. i think they, in their own foolishness, are desperately seeking to pin the blame on something, anything, but themselves 
this case has no merit and im willing to bet that it will be dismissed in pre-trial.

this is on there website, but it fails to explain what happened exactly of her childs death. Well you can guess your self. It just seems that a big part of what happened to her death was removed. Isn't her role of the childs death the major part of why they started this foundation read this!! THey jsut seem to leave that main part out??

October 9, 2004 started out as a normal Saturday morning in our home. My son had a few friends upstairs that had stayed over night to celebrate his 7th birthday. As the hours went on, the most horrifying and worst nightmare a parent can ever possibly imagine happened. In less than a moment, I looked down and my precious daughter was goneâ??an image that no mother, no parent, no soul should ever have to see!! Adrianna was helplessly in the arms of her father.

There is no way i can even in less than a min. Get up, go to my garage door, step outside into the garage walked towards the front of the main garage door. IN less than a min, [censored] i didn't know a 2yr can do that. How small is the house. And all houses i have gone to have doors. Where there doors left wide open??? Wow i can't even get to my garage door in 1 min. Man there story is a [censored] one.
