only in america. This lady is rediculous, her husband killed her daughter, but shes blaming it on defective vehicle? I know for one, if I ever hit somone backing out of my garage, they wouldnt die. They wouldnt die because I back out going about 2 mpg and would stop on a dime the minute I heard/felt ANYTHING. Not to mention the fact that I look over my shoulder the whole time, like any driver should do. Seems to me like Pops was probably zoning out one morning late to work, hops in the SUV, guns it in reverse and SPLAT. his fault nuff said
