Just an update for anyone who cares
I put in the K&N 3530 and the MAF adaptor to replace the dirty stock air filter...I could immediately tell the difference! It feels like the engine can actually breathe now.
I also removed the hoodlining as well and the combination of the two really makes this engine sound mean!
