Try running a can of Gunk Engine Flush in your car after it's warm for about 10 mins right before your next oil change. DO NOT DRIVE ANYWHERE WITH THIS STUFF IN YOUR OIL, just let the car idle! If you have a crud build-up preventing oil from getting to a lifter, this tuff will clean it out.
