I'd say hit it. I sold my SVT in favor of the G35. The 1-2 shift on the 6MT leaves a little to be desired, but the torque is nice. Haven't had any problems to speak of in the 10K miles I've driven mine. Would have liked to have waited for the '05's for the improved interior, but otherwise pretty happy with my decision. Just make sure you get snows for winter.
