when the keys is removed the key can no longer comnicate with the car so it shuts down!!!!

You are so wrong. If you read in previous posts you can see this has been done before. Stazi has done it, I have installed one and I'm sure there are others.

Hey so stazi what color is the wire that I need to tap into that is needed to be hooked into my running wire, or the green wire on the timer itself, so that it will continue to run after the key is removed. I am really getting tired of sitting in the car while I let it run for the appropriate amount of time.

I told you in the first post. If you followed the instructions you should've worked it out. Sure I may have made an error (but I know I didn't, so.....), you can always grab a multimeter to test the wires ti show you which wire is the correct one.
