As I was telling Jim, I think the best plan of attack is to map all the venues, double check the directions and street names, then copy off 50-75 copies and have them posted at the hotel check in desk and/or include them in the registration packets.

FWIW, I never got lost at all this weekend and I know Miranda made it too and from both malls just fine as well.
