You can tell them that an online organization of owners/enthusiasts of Ford Contours/Mercury Mystiques and Mercury Cougars (numbering well above 11,000 members) have had it happen so commonly that we (CEG) have made it common practice to advise members on how to remedy their stuck sunroof problems. There is definitely a problem, and the exact number is somewhere between "one too many" and "all but one ever made."
