That's the Mystic Gold which was supposed to be available on the 2000 Cobras. The original Mystic changed between purple and green. It was available ob 96 Cobras only and was made by BASF. Since then color-shift paints have become more widely available. Like Antonio said, any good body shop should be able to help you with it.
