I have a 98 svt with the original wheels and was thinking about having them chromed.Has anyone thought about doing this?how do you think it would look and would it be cost prohibitive?

heres Stinger's car. The dealer had them chromed to help sel them so I don't think he would know the cost. sorry the pic is big but it gives you a nice close up.

well...I've heard a few things about this...some say some places don't like to chrome the wheels b/c it adds weight and doesn't seem to stay on very well...but the places that say they will do them have always been around $100/wheel to get chromed...do you have E0's or E1's? I've thought about it a lot but nah...they say try to get them highly polished and they will look great...don't know anything about that stuff though sorry...
