Thanks guys. I searched and it appears that the Contour SVT has yet to be produced in a 1:18 scale diecast. i did however find this website where you submit request for scale model cars to be produced. I submitted a 1998-2000 Contour SVT. It looks liek a few others have also so we'll see what happens.
