I think you are referring to "Elky mesh"..

Contact the member on CEG called Elky and ask about his mesh (there is also a GB wrapping up under group buys)..

He sends you all the mesh and you simple insert it in the lower bumpers, and he will send you a grille with the mesh pre-installed.
