Clinton wasn't distracted by Monica giving blowjobs; he was distracted by the Republican witch hunt that followed. Monica would have had lockjaw if she was giving him so many BJs that it distracted him from his job.

I wouldn't call it a witch hunt, I'd call it pursuit of justice. On that subject though, would you call current situation with Tom DeLay a witch hunt (even though he hasn't done anything illegal, like Clinton did)?
