The World According to Davo: Clinton is guilty until proven innocent(even though she has not even been charged with anything), but DeLay is innocent until proven guilty (even though he is widely believed to have broken numerous ethics rules and many other laws and regs, and would already have been censured by now - and perhaps prosecuted - if the Republicans had not packed the committee doing the investigation).
