ok im reading everyones shifting and what not. When im driving "agressively" like really wanting to get into it, i take mine to redline often, Is that bad for my car?
Why the heck should I have to press 1 for English?

If you do it alot then yes, from what i've heard and read our cars don't have the strongest bottom ends so if you ride red alot you're more likely to break something.
Does anyone else kinda hate how high rpm's ride on the highway?

Man i hate that. sitting at 75mph is at 3300. dam nthat is high!!

That is THE ONLY advantage the ATX has... at 75mph, im sitting around 2750...
