I was coming on my way home the other day and i went to slap it from 1st into 2nd and hit neutral! I lost pretty much all of my shifting, luckily i was only 2 blocks from home and coasted up to the driveway in 4th gear (don't know how that happened) After tearing apart the console, i realized the shift linkage fell off the shifter. It looks like this end of the cable is wore out! I popped it back on but it falls of easily. It's the cable end that mounts to the bottom of your shifter inside the car. Is this a replaceable part? I know i have found several posts concerning the cable ends that are on the transmission, but haven't found any like this. I've considered cutting the ball-pivot off the shifter and putting a bolt through both, but after watching the shifter move in and out of gears a couple times it looks like that connection on the shifter needs to pivot quite a bit. Which makes it seem like a bolt would be a bad idea.... Anyone else have similar problems or part #'s? I know i don't want to replace the shift cables but i guess i might have to...

Thanks in advance
