Probably not unless you had it specified on your insurance policy...
At least inform your insurance agent of the situation so they have record, giving them specifics of where & when & the description of the other vehicle. They can't hold anything against you unless you actually file a claim (another reason to let them know of the situation, you have a certain time period in which to resolve)...and then it would come out of your deductable anyway, which would probably pay for the bumper. So you'd be stuck w/ the cost of repair plus an increased premium. 
Did you get a police report?
Your best bet would be to find the car that hit you & give your ins. co. the info & they'll investigate, otherwise you'll have to suck up the cost of the new bumper & I personally wouldn't claim it.
