As said, the pad is not hanging over the edge of the rotor. It's just all the way on the edge, which is noraml.
As for the bit of rub; how many miles do you have on the new pads? And, did you apply the metal brakets on the back of the pads? I'm not 100% sure that this extra material would couse the rubbing, but it is a possibility.
Did you clean the slide pins really well, and lube them at the last intall? If the pins are not clean (I take mine of and run them under a wire-wheel) then things will be stiff, and can explain the rubbing.
