Their site has been down for awhile,
like 3-4 months that I know of.
The kit has never been installed on a car so there are no dyno plots.
It was suppost to be just under $4k for kit, install, and tune.
Power was suppost to be 300HP.

At one point in time it was like $1k off for the 1st person to do it.

IIRC, Terry Haines was offering free installation with the purchase of one of the Demon Dynamics kits.

It's looks like someone has screwed with their site. The "ENTER" link is messed up. You can still get to it just fine...

Demon Dynamics

Kit 1 is good for 190 to 220 HP.

Kit 3 is good for 280 to 300 HP.

I wish I could get my hands on just the turbo. They have a special exhaust housing cast so that it bolts right up to a standard Focus header (which I have).

BTW, if you are really serious, Terry can be contacted over at the FCO.

Ok, I just emailed them about the stage 3 kit. Now to see if they are around and go find Terry.

How come, the company is in the UK and TH is in the US????

The company is in the UK because it's in the UK. The Zetec has also been around the the UK much longer with more use than the US. Mondeos, Fiestas, Foci all with Zetecs.

Why was TH the only one offering to sell the kits? Because he kicks ass. TH also has his own shop. Unfortunately there wasn't any demand. I think the timing was a little off. The Focus still hadn't been around enough.

Hello everyone thanks for the reply. Now when you put that much horse power on the engen like 250 to 300 do you have to do eneything to the unibody like to stiffen it Or will the car handel it?

Considering that Warmonger is putting down more than 400WHP, I think that the unibody is OK.

What you would have to do is change to solid motor mounts to prevent wheel hop.

Trans is the weak spot to worry about.
It barely handles a stock SVT.
A turbo kit will kill it.
An LSD will need to be installed.
And while it's open, might as well have TH rebuild it with updated Ford parts.

As mentioned, poly filled motor mounts will be very beneficial.

And once you start hitting power levels near 300HP, axles become a concern.
