Don't even think about it. If she doesn't call you, she's not interested. Frankly, if all it's gotten to in 2 weeks is just flirting, I wouldn't get my hopes up anyway. Girls flirt. It's what they do, it doesn' tmean they want to jump your bones. She could be playing hard to get, but again, i wouldn't get my hopes up. It's just not worth it. You tried, nothing happened...such is life - move on.
I'm not trying to be mean or harsh or anything, just trying to save you from the crap that comes from obsessing over someone. Dont' sweat it man. There's plenty others like her.
EDIT: I don't know if you have her number, but if you do ABSOLUTELY DO NOT CALL HER! In fact, tear it up and throw it away. Act like you don't care...if she's the least bit interested and thinks you don't give a crap, she'll cut the crap and skip the game playing.

None of us can really say what this girl is going to do. You saw her face, and the way she looked at you, the way she talked to you, etc., and we didn't. There was a helluva lot of good advice posted here for you, but don't let any of it supercede your own observations of her.
Some more advice:
Girls like guys who are kind and nice and not too pushy. But they fall in love with Men.
What does that mean? Let me ask you this first: What do men love about women? We love their feminine qualities: the way they walk, the way they toss their hair, the soft look in their eyes, the sound of their voices. Maybe we don't mind (at least not too much) if they hoot and holler when they get drunk at a party, or if they act tough sometimes. But no guy ever fell in love with a girl for acting like that. We don't want women to act like us. All a girl has to do to be maximally attractive is just to be her own sweet self. We fall for 'em every time if they just get that right.
Same principle works in reverse. I mean, women feel (somewhat) the same way about men as we do about them. They like us just for who we are. They like the fact that we are taller than them, that we have deeper voices than them, that our skin is rougher than theirs, and that we can do a "Clint Eastwood look" when we get pissed off. They might let us get away with some sensitive traits, or suspiciously good home decoration skills, or cooking a delicious mushroom-and-cheese omelet. But no woman ever fell in love with a man for doing those things. All you really have to do to be maximally attractive to women is to be your own damn self.
If your case, that means: next time, take the lead. Take control. Don't talk too long or too much. GET HER FRICKIN' PHONE NUMBER!
If you give her a card with your phone number on it, you are saying "Here, I'm too shy to ask you for your number" or "Here, I am turning control of this interaction over to you. Pick me! Please pick me!" This is wrong on so many levels; let's leave it at that.
This does not mean that you should be a macho jerk. You know the type: acts stuck up, agressive, like he has something to prove. A cartoon of a Man. Women hate macho jerks, just like men hate females who act all helpless and vulnerable just to manipulate us.
About whether she'll call or not: who knows? That's like asking if the cow will come home now that you left the barn door open. Next time, be the Man she's dying to give her phone number to.
