Obviously the most economical way would be to buy it used or from a salvage yard (hard to find SVT parts this way)...but aside from this, I hear Bill Jenkins has good prices and I personally highly recommend the guys from fordpartsonline.com ... I've spoken to Gary there about SVT skirts; (about $200 each and is already color matched to your car) SVT front bumper (about $220 w/ paint to match); rear SVT bumper (about $615 w/ paint to match); and SVT exhaust (now is around $400). But they are at least %20 cheaper than a dealership and the parts are brand new and ordered directly from Ford...no I don't work for them or nothing, but was very pleased when I spoke with Gary from there.
