I used to think punishing the breed was the right thing to do. Not anymore.

I say transfer criminal responsibly to the dog owner. Simple as that.

Your dogs bites someone, you're charged with assault. Why should it be any other way? Can't handle your dog? Maybe you shouldn't own one then....
