How much does a painted SVT bumper cost new? Are there any anywhere in the junkyards (in New England)? I had a little incident with a guard rail (kind of a deep, large scratch on the front right), and the auto body estimated it at $360.

I just got rear-ended a month ago and the total estimate for the rear bumper and repaint was $1300. The new bumper alone was $850. Not sure how much the front is but it aint cheap. Sorry to hear it SVT Mike MA, there's been way too much of that on the New England highways recently. I avoided a major catastrophe with an 18 wheeler yesterday thanks to some quick thinking and a good set of brakes. The sucker cut me off to avoid jack-knifing on some black ice. SCARY!
