Wow. IIRC, there is a procedure when the patient is unconscious, that they can feed a small tube w/ a camera in it wayyyy up your whole tract, or even down through the stomach. It really sounds like a blockage or kink somewhere, kind of like a garden hose. But a GI tract doctor will know best. Humans can get tape worms, but dogs are more likely to get them since they eat raw meat and other items that wouldn't be sanitary enough for human consuption. And it doesn't sound like symptoms from a tape worm. Good luck!
